Architecture

The Mittelbergsteig road provides access to three identical three- to four-storey buildings that were designed by the architectural firm of Jakob Steib Architects, Zurich. The ‘mittelberg’ project is characterized by special building forms clad in clinker facades, the colours of which are reminiscent of autumn leaves. Each building has its own driveway and basement garage with a central entrance hall and lift access. The buildings, each comprising nine spacious flats, blend perfectly with their surroundings. The living rooms are partially supported on pillars above the parking space. The accommodation ranges from the loft-style apartment on the ground floor to spacious 5.5-room flats. Each flat has a terrace overlooking the park. The views of the city, the lake and the Alps are also, for the most part, outstanding. The ceiling heights are 2.6 metres.
