Architecture

The historical approach road to the ‘Im Forster’ villa provides access to the ‘rondell’ building, which was designed by the Lausanne-based architects Richter and Dahl Rocha, and which consists of three flats. The elegant north facade, with its three separate entrances, underlines the individuality and exclusivity of the flats. Inside, the building open up to reveal generous window frontage and extensive terraces. The prominent and elevated location affords an unrestricted view of the city, the lake and the Alps. Two of the flats, with 5.5 and 6 rooms respectively, are spread over two storeys and have been designed with a common lift that provides direct access to each flat. The third maisonette flat has 5.5 rooms and has its own lift. The ceiling heights are 2.7 metres.
